PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OF THIS WEBSITE. BY BROWSING OR USING THE SERVICES OF THIS WEBSITE, IN ANY FORM, YOU (“USER”) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN, AUTOMATICALLY OBLIGATING YOURSELF TO THE APPLICABLE CLAUSES HEREIN. 1 - Copyright 1.1 - Users may take photographs (printscreen), capture the image, film and record videos of their character in the game within the in-game virtual environment and grant the right to use the material, free to be used, reproduced, distributed, transmitted or modified in all types of media. 1.2 - The User agrees that Oliver Priston Tale has the full right to add, access, edit, modify, suspend and delete full or partial access to the player's account, character or credits. 1.3 - The User agrees that Oliver Priston Tale has the full right to analyze their access windows during the use of the game in case of suspected hacking, checking whether the user has attempted or used any illegal tool within the game. 2 - Service Interruption 2.1 - Oliver Priston Tale reserves the right to interrupt the services occasionally, regularly or not, with due prior notice in order to perform maintenance. 2.2 - The User is aware that the services may be interrupted for reasons beyond Oliver Priston Tale's control, and that in such circumstances they cannot guarantee that the user will be able to access the services whenever they wish. 2.3 - Oliver Priston Tale shall not be liable for any interruption, delay in the service or inability to perform it due to any causes beyond its control, unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure. 3 - Liability 3.1 - The user acknowledges and agrees that Oliver Priston Tale shall not assume and shall not have any liability for any action in relation to the user's conduct, communication or content. 3.2 - Oliver Priston Tale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, including without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other loss of connection with the services, or any product provided by Oliver Priston Tale. 3.3 - The user agrees that Oliver Priston Tale shall not be held responsible or liable due to any event that occurs, or results from access to the services due to force majeure, or unforeseeable circumstances, beyond the action, omission or will of Oliver Priston Tale. 4 - Account sharing, selling and trading 4.1 - Sharing accounts and passwords (Share) is prohibited, and anyone who disobeys this rule will lose support and will not be able to recover their account in the event of item theft. Oliver Priston Tale will not be held responsible for this negotiation. 4.2 - Buying and selling characters is permitted within the game, on the forum and in any other OFFICIAL Oliver Priston Tale medium (authentication is required). If you do not authenticate, you will lose support, as provided for in rule 4.1. 4.3 - Buying and selling items in the game from other players is permitted (trading by players). Oliver Priston Tale will not be held responsible for this negotiation. 4.4 - Free trading of coins within the game is permitted, as per rule 4.3. 5 - In-Game Rules 5.1 - It is forbidden to create characters with nicknames that start with the following characteristics: GM, ADM, ADMIN, MANAGER, SUPERVISOR, LEADER, CO-FOUNDER, FOUNDER, STAFF, among other characteristics that may be used by the Oliver Priston Tale team. 5.2 - The use of tools that circumvent the rules of the game, such as programs or game flaws, is prohibited. 5.3 - In case of use of hacks or cheats, if detected, the user will receive a permanent account ban. 5.4 - In case of use of bugs or game flaws for personal benefit, the user will be notified, in case of repeat offenses, a 15-day account ban, in case of repeat offenses, the user will receive a permanent ban. 5.5 - In case of a log, the user will be notified with a 1 to 7-day ban depending on the severity of their log. 6 - Items 6.1 - The server is responsible for restoring items as long as they are lost in log, game problems or DCs and the restoration request is sent within 48 hours after the event. 6.2 - The Server will not be responsible for lost items if the account is shared or purchased without authentication, as provided for in rule 4.2. 7 - Changes: 7.1 - The user agrees that all Accounts, characters, items, credits, belonging to the Oliver Priston Tale server, we may make changes, verifications, and deletions with prior notice. 7.2 - All previous rules may be changed without prior notice when registering your account, fully agreeing to this. 8 - Conduct and punishments: 8.1 - It is forbidden to spread words of prejudice, racism, xenophobia or any other types of discrimination, insults, swearing or threats on the server's official communication channels (in-game chat, WhatsApp, Facebook, Discord, Instagram and forum); 8.1.1 - 1ST OCCURRENCE - WARNING 8.1.2 - 2ND OCCURRENCE - 1 DAY SUSPENSION FROM ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.1.3 - 3RD OCCURRENCE - 3 DAY SUSPENSION FROM ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.1.4 - 4TH OCCURRENCE - 7 DAY SUSPENSION FROM ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.2 - Flooding (sending mass messages), writing in CAPITAL LETTERS, publishing links or information from other servers and/or third-party resources is prohibited; 8.2.1 - 1ST OCCURRENCE - WARNING 8.2.2 - 2ND OCCURRENCE - 1 DAY SUSPENSION FROM ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.2.3 - 3RD OCCURRENCE - 3 DAY SUSPENSION FROM ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.2.4 - 4TH OCCURRENCE - 7 DAY SUSPENSION FROM ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.3 - Do not give false testimony or make public accusations without proof; 8.3.1 - 1ST OCCURRENCE - WARNING 8.3.2 - 2ND OCCURRENCE - 1 DAY SUSPENSION FROM ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.3.3 - 3RD OCCURRENCE - 3 DAY SUSPENSION FROM ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.3.4 - 4TH OCCURRENCE - 7 DAY SUSPENSION FROM ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.4 - Stealing items or accounts from other players with the sole purpose of harming them; ban without prior notice. 8.4.1 - 1ST OCCURRENCE - 1 DAY SUSPENSION FROM ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.4.2 - 2ND OCCURRENCE - 3 DAY SUSPENSION FROM ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.4.3 - 3RD OCCURRENCE - 7 DAY SUSPENSION FROM ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.4.4 - 4TH OCCURRENCE - BAN AND ACCOUNT AUCTION 8.5 - It is forbidden to present yourself as a member of the [Oliver Priston Tale Team]; 8.5.1 - 1ST OCCURRENCY - 3 DAYS OF SUSPENSION IN ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.5.2 - 2ND OCCURRENCY - 5 DAYS OF SUSPENSION IN ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.5.3 - 3RD OCCURRENCY - BAN AND ACCOUNT AUCTION 8.6 - It is forbidden to take advantage of game flaws (modem bug, being below the map, entering the map without having the necessary level, gaining XP illegally, circumventing game mechanics). The punishment will apply to practically all players considered accomplices; 8.6.1 - 1ST OCCURRENCE - 3 DAYS OF SUSPENSION IN ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.6.2 - 2ND OCCURRENCE - 5 DAYS OF SUSPENSION IN ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.6.3 - 3RD OCCURRENCE - BAN AND ACCOUNT AUCTION 8.7 - The use of bots and/or third-party programs (auto-clicks, macros, etc.) to acquire any benefits for yourself or others is prohibited; 8.7.1 - 1ST OCCURRENCY - 3 DAYS OF SUSPENSION IN ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.7.2 - 2ND OCCURRENCY - 5 DAYS OF SUSPENSION IN ALL CHATS WITHIN THE GAME 8.7.3 - 3RD OCCURRENCY - BAN AND ACCOUNT AUCTION 8.8 - The use of hacking tools to obtain any benefits for oneself or others (God-Mode, regeneration, XP or level gain, creation or duplication of items, movement speed, among others) or to harm the integrity or stability of the server is prohibited; 8.8.1 - 1ST OCCURRENCY - BAN AND REMOVAL OF ITEM OR ACCOUNT 8.9 - The sale and purchase of any game items for R$ is prohibited. Only transactions made with in-game currencies (Gold, Coins, etc.) are permitted; 8.9.1 - FIRST OCCURRENCY - WARNING AND REMOVAL OF ITEM 9.0 - Any and all modifications or manipulations within the game will result in a permanent ban without prior notice. 9.1 - Hacking, breaking security systems or exploiting potential security breaches in the Oliver Priston Tale Services, aiming at self-promotion or obtaining illicit benefits to the detriment of other players, which may be evidence against the player in a legal case. 9.2 - Modifying the Oliver Priston Tale software (client or server) or manipulating the memory addresses used by the applications, which affect the mechanics and/or economy of the game, aiming at obtaining illicit benefits; permanent ban on ACCOUNT, IP and MAC. 9.3 - Hacking, illegally taking possession of another player's account, to delete their characters, aiming to harm that player; permanent ban ACCOUNT, IP and MAC. 9.4 - Fraud, inducing Oliver Priston Tale Collaborators or other players into error, through artifice, trickery or any other fraudulent means; permanent ban ACCOUNT, IP and MAC. 9.5 - Fraud, altering or circumventing the billing system and payment methods or virtual transactions, involving donations; permanent ban ACCOUNT, IP and MAC. 9.6 - Participating or collaborating in “Hacking” actions or fraud; Permanent ban of the account. Conduct Note: Any complaints made based on rule 7/8 will only be valid with a screenshot or screen recording used to prove the same. 9.7 - Harassing, disturbing, annoying or threatening other players through any of the electronic messaging systems (e-mails, chats, forums, blogs, in-game communication systems, etc.) that are part of the Oliver Priston Tale Services communication channels, in any of their forms: psychological, sexual, racial, religious, prejudiced or discriminatory; you will be notified with punishment and repeating the same may result in banning. 9.8 - Using the Lag and Disconnection Exploit, intentionally causing an increase in latency in communication between the client and the game server or disconnection to obtain an illicit advantage; you will be notified with punishment and repeating the same may result in banning. 9.9 - Bullying, abusing, causing harm or mental or emotional harm to other players through any of the electronic messaging systems (emails, chats, forums, in-game communication systems, etc.) that are part of the Oliver Priston Tale Services communication channels; you will be notified and punished, and repeating the same may result in banishment. 10.0 - Pretending to be an Oliver Priston Tale Collaborator, creating a character with a name, term or expression similar to those used by Oliver Priston Tale in its relationship with its customers, with the aim of committing Hacking, Fraud or Griefing for any other illicit purpose; permanent ban. 10.1 - Using - in the creation of a clan, with the aim of committing Hacking, Griefing, Harassment, Bullying or any other illicit purpose - names, images, symbols, terms, expressions or phrases: permanent ban.
